• แสดงผ่าน Digital Health Pass ผ่าน Application หมอพร้อม
• ใช้เอกสารใบรับรองผลการฉีดวัคซีนหรือใบรับรองแพทย์

✅การแสดงเอกสารผลการตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19
ต้องเป็นเอกสารที่ระบุข้อมูลการตรวจชัดเจน ทั้งหน่วยงานที่ออกให้ วิธีการตรวจและมีผลตรวจเป็นลบ ไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมง ก่อนการเดินทาง

หมายเหตุ
👶👧เด็กที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 6 ปี เดินทางกับผู้ใหญ่ ไม่ต้อง swap ตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19

📌ทั้งนี้ การแสดงเอกสารในการเดินทาง (เอกสารแสดงผลรับรองการฉีดวัคซีนและเอกสารการตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19) ขึ้นอยู่กับมาตรการการเข้า-ออก ของแต่ละจังหวัดปลายทาง

Vaccine Certification can be used in both types:
• Show through Digital Health Pass at “Mor Prom” Application
• The document of vaccination certificate or medical certificate.

To show the documents of the COVID-19 testing results, these documents must be clearly stated the examination information of institution-issued, method of examination, and a negative test result within 72 hours before departure.

Remark
Children under 6 years old traveling with an adult do not have to swap for COVID-19 testing.
